Soft Touch Grippers
At Houston Products we manufacture a variety of rubber grippers that are designed to meet the demanding needs of a wide range of industries at economical prices.
Soft Touch grippers are a new variation of the traditional D style. With this design, the indented sides allow the gripper to have more flexibility while still providing a large surface area to contact the product being conveyed.
Use case example: Handling products such as thin-walled PET bottles.
Our proprietary EPDM rubber blend is FDA compliant, UV, wear, abrasion, and water resistant and excels in regular and high temperature applications. Our standard hardness rating 50 Shore A durometer. Colors include white and black in a standard length of 3 3/8” to fit 1873 Tab G chain. Grippers with custom length, color and durometer can be made for special applications.
We deliver in quantities of 200 per box. Lead times are instantaneous for current designs, 2 weeks for modified designs, and 4 weeks for new designs. Houston Products, Inc. will gladly provide samples of our grippers for evaluation and approval before an order is placed or shipped.
