Soft Touch Grippers
Soft Touch grippers are a new variation of the traditional D style. With this design, the indented sides allow the gripper to have more flexibility while still providing a large surface area to contact the product being conveyed.
Use case example: Handling products such as thin-walled PET bottles.
Our proprietary EPDM rubber blend is FDA compliant, UV, wear, abrasion, and water resistant and excels in regular and high temperature applications. Our standard hardness rating 50 Shore A durometer. Colors include white and black in a stand ard length of 3 3/8” to fit 1873 Tab G chain. Grippers with custom length, color and durometer can be made for special applications.
Please Note: We do not recommend mixing Houston Products grippers with grippers from another manufacturer on the same machine or conveyor.
